Rained all night & all of today but not heavily so FMG should be in good nick & conditions not too bad for autumn in NZ.

Edit: Auckland got its entire April average rainfall today & other parts are getting hammered as well so looks like we've gotten off lightly.

Have to say, it has been great having the Jubilee become the Reds official pub up here. It's a great spot (both fit out and location), the games are guaranteed to be on and there's been a good crowd their to watch them whenever I've been as a result. It's a shit show finding a spot elsewhere for the Stan games (a lot of pubs will list them on their website despite not having Stan), but I think that's probably helping drive rugby fans to the Jube. The 4pm Friday kickoffs don't help much though.

yeah, the Highlanders Saturday NZ afternoon/Brisbane lunch time was perfect for this time of year. If they swapped this and the Moana game in the schedule we would've been golden.

There has been surprisingly little chat here in the build up to this game. Weird. For myself I'm back in "civilisation" after having to watch via Elon "Skynet" last week. Tree canopy didn't aid a coverage without interruption.

Starting to feel a bit pumped. TBH I'm pretty chuffed with where we are on the table as we hit the Chiefs. We'll be utterly stuffed if the line out hasn't re-normalised. On the presumption that it has done that, let's go Red.
