I enjoyed some great rugby watching the 14s, 15s and 16s this weekend out at Boronia Park. Some great talent on display. Does anyone know when the teams should be announced?

In the past teams below u16s were announced immediately following the final. I think 16As was subject to the horse trading session between the club and school unions and so followed a few days later.

Very entertaining rugby at Boronia Park and agree there were some great talents. MNZ Team - North Zone was undefeated (Vikings and Gordon). South and East put up a great fight, with Barbars following behind. Competitive and lots of fun even with the cold chills of the last 2 days.

You forgot to mention West @elizabeth p so guessing you're with another zone

Forgot to add, yes, u16's! Sorry Typo error and forgot to add West. Standouts..there were a few but interesting to see who will make the team..seeing that a few of these boys played schoolboys a week ago. Good Luck to all.

Bathurst Bulldogs hosted the 2017 annual City vs Country clash at Anne Ashwood Park yesterday. It is a fantastic venue and Bathurst were wonderful hosts.

A fairly big crowd turned up to watch the various fixtures which included the very first U17's Girls City vs Country game. And although it was the first game of XV's for many girls on both sides - the skill levels on show was really high.

Results from the day were evenly split
U14's - SJRU 36 bt CJRU 10
U15's - SJRU 40 bt CJRU 7
U16's - SJRU 19 bt CJRU 12
U17's - CJRU 36 bt SJRU 33
U17's Girls - CJRU 27 bt SJRU 15
