Tried to trawl back into old threads to find the relevant topic, but with such voluminous verbal diarrhea happening here, I gave up after eight or so pages, so here's a first confirmation of the date of the Wallabies v Barbarians match as per email from Ticketmaster, being Saturday 26th November 2.30pm kick off at Twickers.

Anyone else know of other matches being confirmed in that tour?

Wallabies v Barbarians

In the Australian:

THE Wallabies will face the Barbarians at Twickenham following this year's Rugby World Cup, the Australian Rugby Union has announced.

The Barbarians, who have beaten New Zealand and the Springboks in the past two years, will be out to secure a hat-trick of southern hemisphere scalps when they face Australia on November 26.

"Our two most recent games have been great spectacles and the victories over the All Blacks and Springboks have captured everyone's imagination," Barbarians president Micky Steele-Bodger said.

"Our fixture against Australia in November provides us with a unique opportunity to complete an historic hat-trick, so once again we will be inviting world-class stars to make up our team."

The two teams have met 10 times previously, with the Wallabies winning seven of them.

Sorry, didn't see it and was just reading the Australian (the story was a recent addition to their website).

Can you delete the thread and just transfer the post to the original thread?

Got that email from Ticketmaster offering 2 for 1 deal, with adult price being 25 quid...not too bad eh?
