Decided to put this one up because all the negative posts going around is way to much to swallow for my stomach. Sp I wont even bodder reading all this negative posts and will rather try and give a positive view from where I sit.

First up I just want to state that in this times the Wallabies need your support more then ever, so those that want to kick them while they down will add nothing, niks, vokkol.

TriNation Opposition: The Ti Nation opposition is not easy pie teams. Its the nr1 & 2 teams and flippen difficult to get on the winning streak against this two. You had one excellent win and impressed myself with that one.

Coach: Deans surely in my eyes one of the best in world rugby. You lot need to understand that he need to build his innings. You can have the best coach but he need to start from nothing. This take time and the results will follow if you lot are patient and dont sack him.

Structure: I have been reading a lot here and always try and compare with what we got. Oom Lee have qwouted this many times before but Australian Rugby dont have the structure like we have in SA or NZ. We dont just have a CC for our top teams , we have a U19 & U21 highly competitive competition going. Going to schoolboy rugby , well we have some top rugby schools all over the country. We still have mums that drove their kids to rugby practise from U7 level and thats where it all starts. This make a huge differense and the reason why a kid like OConnor is offered for the big wolfs. In SA you wont get that, he would have played provincial and grew on the job and when he is matured enough he would have played test rugby. We have our odd player like Frans Steyn or Schalk Burger skipping the structure ladder but very often. In summary I think you lot have to be more successfull in S14 rugby and that surely is the step just below test rugby to successfull in the 3 Nations. If you find your bulk there who know success they will take it ion your test team. OK a lot of jumping around by me but the new format S15 will help your lot no ends in getting the level below test rugby in order. Thats why I hate ONeil.

Team Potential: The current sqaud Deans have have a lot of potential. When you beat the Bokke, it showed. The differense between the two tests was simply passionate play for 80 minutes. You can beat the All Blacks or Springbokke if you dont play for full steam 80 minutes. You may beat the others this way but nor this two.

Anyway just my thoughts and I promise I have no intention to be negative in any way or to try and kick a dog when he is down. Look forward not backwards and getting some good wins in your EYT might be a good start.
