Slipper isn’t setting the world on fire either but good around the park and there’s no real alternatives currently playing.

I think Slipper is still playing with niggles.

He hasn't looked happy all season, not enough to call it an injury but he has seemed quite ginger around the park

He is getting older though so it might just be that

number of Achilles injuries to our big players suggests something is systematically wrong with how they are training at the moment

Don't you remember, it was all Rennie's fault because he made the Wallabies do camp at the Gold Coast when the GC had one of its wettest years so the ground was soft/wet.

He sat out the tahs game with a crook back, he's carrying that at a minimum. Around one of his many recent milestone games it got reported that he is rarely fully fit but he looks very dusty at the moment. Have to respect his toughness but itd be good if he told the coach to fuck off occassionally for his own sake.

Testament to his toughness the esteem he's held in that coaches continue to pick him/ask so much of him when he's busted
