I suspect he is referring to Lilo Mowen and to some extent Folau. All of whom have been good so far.

Form is a reflection of personal drive and hunger, also the mental state of the player in finding the equilibrium between risk and reward.

Different environments can bring out different qualities from players, I don't necessarily disagree with the concept that class is permanent and form is temporary, what I will say is that it's easier to maintain form then it is to discover.

Some players play a lot better for the Wallabies than they do for their Super teams and vice-versa. Before this year, where Cheika has significantly improved the Waratah's back play, Adam Ashley-Cooper had a couple of dire seasons of S15 but was great for the Wallabies.

Form is all well and good, but past record can be just as good.

It looks like all the positions where the form player has been picked is because the incumbent is injured.
