Gday fellas, now i know we got the nostradamus thing going on with the blog, but one of my favourite threads of the year is the ladder prediction. Mainly becasue of the joy one gets out of looking over the predictions at the end of the season.
So heres the deal, from 1-15 list your final ladder standings simple as that. Also dont be afraid to throw in other events you predict to occur through the season such as long term injuries/suspensions, specific rivalry outcomes (NSW v QLD) or contract terminations.
Humour is more than welcome but do try to include some legitimate predictions.
Me:
1st Crusaders
2nd Bulls
3rd Waratahs
4th Stormers
5th Hurricanes
6th Reds
7th Brumbies
8th Sharks
9th Blues
10th Force
11th Chiefs
12th Rebels
13th Highlanders
14th Cheetahs
15th Lions
Now suprisingly (as i started this bloody thread) i havent put as much thought into that as i would like, and its the mid table that i really struggled with especially the brumbies-sharks-blues-force-chiefs order, but its important to remember being the best in your conference counts for a lot of points (but than again domestic games arent as easy to predict i believe). Also im pretty red-eyed.
Anyway i expect the reds-tahs to be 1-1 as will the reds-bumbies. Cameron Shepard to not get injured (long odds there), and rebels to pick up at least 2 big scalps along the way. Hopefully you blokes could come up with some more original predictions.
Go nuts.
