Unable to get to Gloucester for the match this evening so very grateful to Gagger and Moses for the regular updates. Good move by Moses to intercept and sanitize the postings and therefore smooth the updates. :yay

As you could gather from the comments we were amazed you had a universal scoop as no one in the UK was showing the match live but we hope there may be some match highlights as several TV crews were there. Not even the local radio stations were broadcasting which they do for every league match home and away.

So at least we got a flavour of the game. Shame about the scoreline, it would seem we had loads of possession a good scrum and a weak defence but that has been Gloucester's season to date. Be interested to see how you do against Cardiff.

Welcome aboard cleeve exile, always good to increase the diversity of members on the boards here. We've got a few guys here who follow the GP and HK as well.

He must have lugged in a laptop, the copy was coming out far to quickly and cleanly for a 3.5" on screen keyboard.

Thanks guys. Was a great night, met up with Grumbles and Wayne Smith, interviewed Robbie and Big Jim, chatted to Greg Sommerville as we pissed into the trough.

Hopefully more on that tomorrow. Knackered tonight, it was a 2 hour drive either way after a day at work. Cardiff is 3 hrs each way.....

Have just updloaded a podcast match review onto the front page.

All done on the laptop, they had a desk with wifi and power in the stand.

PS - Beat grumbles to the pie (pasty - maybe that's why he let me have it?)

Great work Gagger - beating Grumbles to any food item is very impressive. Liked your other work too. Got a press pass for HQ?

Welcome cleeve exile

Don't be a stranger. Gives us your thoughts on another thread about the England team for the weekend and how injuries have affected selections.

Keep visiting us and give us your Gloucester info. Am impressed with what I have seen of youngsters Sharples and Trinder - do you see them in white jerseys a few years down the track? Get some other mates to post here too; we get a bit insular here and we need some other views.

Well, I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but Gagger you sound like a Pom.

Come home and save your accent son!

:)

Bloody good job. We will always have an advantage over Growden with technological might.

Did you get into Mike Teague's place afterwards?

And were you in The Shed?

Yeah, apologies for any pommyness, that's what 20 years under these grey fucken skies will do to ya!
I find that a few beers work well to wind back the decades....

Teaguie invited me back, but I told him to shove it. I've got a long memory.

Wasn't in the shed but in the media bit of the new C&G stand. Sat just in front of the coaches.

great crowd and atmosphere, lucky they didn't have enough to get behind

You bloody idiot! It's an incredible place. Vast amounts of rugby memorablelabia, and it's like a Tardis; it just keeps on expanding back, and there's no way the outside can hold the internal dimensions of the place. Good pints, too.

Uzzz Munsterrrr lads loikes the Shed'eds, so we does. Arrrrrrr... ;)
