not exactly a tipping comp, but i saw the odds for the Reds winning the S14 the other day, $81, so i put $20 on that i just won in the pokies, pay out is $1'600

I have been thinking, cant we drive some sort of a team competition from the tippers like we have at TSF.

14 teams = 54/14 = 3 tippers per team.

We can either give them a real teams names or any name (mostly Aussies I suppose) to make it even more exciting.

Oom Paarl is more then willing enough to develop a Xcell spreadsheet for the weekly results. We can also play some sudden death from this lot.

What do you guys think? This will keep the interest right through the competition.

Both ways. Obvious me and Lindommer will be in the Wine team and may attrack Thomo aswell. The sudden death works pretty well. Start with 54 tippers, winners goes through till you get to a grand final between the top two tippers. The losers after round 1 goes in a plate combo and you run all this compos within one. Scoring is the Superbru per round.

Problem is not many of the 54 post here , so we have to drive it on the main page aswell to get the teams going.

This works pretty well and keep the interest right through the S14 competition, let me know if we cvan get this going.

Not much time to get in peak condition before the real rugby starts.
