well another performance of the same old same old. ewen is not delivering, the players are not delivering and while a lot of this is post match anger i don't see this going away easily and there is nowhere to hide any longer. we've been badly shown up by #1 and #2 and we are a long way off.

there are no excuses for brain snaps, falling off in contact, losing the ball in contact, fading away in the last 20 or aimless kicks. ewen talks about not having the balance right - it's his bloody job to ensure that happens, and the lack of consistency and skills across the 80 mins is his to manage.

we have about 4 or 5 players turn up every match and put in good solid performance and that's just not fucking good enough.

south africa played well and deserved to spank us tonight.

I have be very quite on the Hooper Hodgson debate about what you want from a 7 because I felt like I would be shot down for being a force fan but I think the last 10mins showed how much we need a player like Hodgo or Pocock.

29 phases and not 1 turn over no pressure at the break down I have no doubt Poey or Hodgo would have won a pen in that situation the ball was just sitting there a few times but no one was strong enough to win it.

The bench added nothing tonight.

Beale Higgers were running around like crazy ppl but doing nothing and adding nothing to the play. The front row replacements again didn't do much and our defence suffered from it.

And I'll say it again Owens lost the plot in the last 10mins all rules at the ruck went out the window and how did he now call that knock on which led tontine first try???

It's hard to forget, I visited SA recently and saw the national monument you've erected to what's being called "The Terrible Yellow". Some kids from a local school were preforming a chilling reenactment on a stage and the atmosphere was quite nice actually, kind of made a gala day out of it. They were giving out Habana masks and beating Clancy piñatas with yellow baseball bats. Have they added that extra verse to the anthem yet? That was in the news. I guess it was a pretty bad call though
