We all know that some of the top Bokke targeted the Lion tour as either their retirement ticket to rugby or to SA rugby and head north.

As things pan out it look like Frans Steyn (France) and Jean de Villiers (Munster) are certain movers. Jac Fourie and Habana are still uncertain at this stage but it look like a certainty that Matfield will extend playing. There was talks that he will retire but not so.

Nothing on paper yet but at the moment it look like Jac Fourie will join the Stormers and WP and Wynand Olivier will follow him.

WP lost the likes of Grant, Luke Watson, Brain Mujatsi & Jean and this sure free up big money and just maybe they will join.

Olivier and Fourie could be great for the Stormers.

Now all you need is to get rid of Sireli (fuck me he is useless - botched that try against the Bulls last weekend) and find a couple of tight head props.

Where is Grant going?

De Waal will hold the Stormers back. They will not make a Super 14 final with him playing 10. Mark my words.

i don't know what vermaak's contract situation is, but if i were him and kept getting passed over for pieman januarie, i'd consider taking some euro cash. i think derick kuun is in a similar situation and just did go overseas.

Vermaak got his changes against the BIL and havent been spectacular. Now if you have named Sarel Pretorius I would have agreed. Just need to look at the CC log and watched the BIL against the Royals to understand that this 9 is hot on form at the moment.

That's too quick to write Vermaak off. One bad performance behind a losing pack.

HE is still easily the second best 9 in SA.

Sadly he is sure to take the first offer that comes his way. Much a waste like Claassens who should have been the Bok's backup for years.

He actually had two changes , starting for the Emergency Boks and your Adams out perform him in that game coming on in the second half. The Emercengy Bokke sure did not had a losing pack. I watch him now with the Lions, tend to play 10 and Rose in 9. I always rated him but at the moment not my nr2. Sarel by a mile.
