Fox Sports does not have a monopoly, fortunately. It is actually a good thing that there is competition for the rights.

F*^# that.
Watching the Brisbane city side playing Melbourne on streaming, and at half time they change over to the NSW Country V Vikings game. Surely they could of had a delayed streaming

TV rights are all over the place though.

Based on the Broadcasts that have gone on so far, I would assume the WRU, the IRFU and the SRU have onsold the rights to their tests to BeIN, the FRU and WR (World Rugby) (Baabaas) sold it onto fox, and the FRU and FIR haven't onsold the rights to Australia at all, given neither of their home tests were broadcast.

And BeIN isn't a foxtel channel, it's a streaming service that can be added to the Fox digital broadcast for an additional fee. Because of the Setanta -> BeIN transition it doesn't appear that way, but they are marketing themselves as such online.
