Great first shot fatprop, are you using imageready?
From that point, in imageready I'd crop it a fair bit - you can click play first then draw the crop box, this lets you see what will be included. Crop as much as you can, and don't be afraid to cut half of the players from some frames.
Then resize it so the longest dimension is 120 pixels.
Then play with the gif optimisation optinos, I find about 64 colour looks pretty decent. Ideally you want to get the size under 300k, so you may need to drop some frames from the beginning as well (be sure to also delete the layers if you remove the frames).
