Regular rugby podcasts or radio worth listening to?

Love this site's podcast. It's a good listen.

I'd enjoy the Ruggamatrix when they had a show and Kiss and McKenzie were on it, but they (Djuro Sen) can't seem be bothered to put out a regular broadcast or even inform listeners when there will be one (apparently none again this week in the heart of the S15 season) so I'm walking away from that one.

Are there any other long format shows focussing on rugby (radio, podcasts) worth listening to?

The IRB's Total Rugby video is pretty good, I don't know how to watch the full length video but the IRB puts the clips up on youtube almost weekly.
