Didn't see Sharpey, Chisholm or McCalman in this game at all , bar chisholms intercept. Thought Ben Robinson was poor and Slipper should start.

Gits was non-existent although I think he did the right thing giving away that pen. Barnes to start

Cooper was again shit in defence he needs to sort it out, JOC (James O'Connor) and Shmoo got no ball. Thought AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) was ok and Beale was again excellent

Some frailties exposed in the Wallabies tonight. Nearly followed suit from Groucho (how's it going mate) because Beale's brilliance nearly got us back in the game, and there wasn't much else to write home about.

A lot more work needed for this Aus side.

Was going to but Burgess in, expect for that stupid ruck flick pass he seems to be on a mission to try every game until one comes off... though he surely played his way into the starting side next game

Agreed. Its costing us ball because he puts too much power on it and no one can catch it.

3. Moore - Animal today, was in absolutely everything and our best player by a mile.
2. Beale - The one shining light in attack and good defence.
1. Pocock - He was also wearing a blue headgear, but a different colour to Sharpe and Robinson. His game proved the general rule that for an openside to shine, his pack generally needs to be up to standard as well, to give him a platform to work off.

I thought Barnes had been drinking protein shakes and hitting the gym when Pocock emerged with his headgear. Elsom tried hard esp 2nd half but pissed me off by electing to give JOC (James O'Connor) tough (for him) penalties and starting the rot of giving away possession.

3 Elsom - his defence throughout the game stopped England scoring 70
2 Moore - solid & worked hard
1 Sharpe - Got go forward and tackled well all night.

Only if Genia is injured. Burgess is an excellent 9 to come on for the last 10/15/whatever is needed, but he still doesn't have the long passing game and is still prone to brainfarts. More so than Genia, at least.
