Fucking hell - just watched Weepu drill a sideline conversion to tie the game up for the Canes. He did not fuck around one second. Got into pattern and drilled it over without a single moment of doubt.

Epi - thought it was a perfectly OK penalty. Cruden didn't get the fuck off the ball after pulling yet another Benji-Marshall sidestep that ended up in trouble (though his dummy break 5 minutes before was excellent).

That is the price you pay chasing victory. Materially it had no effect (the Canes still lost with a bonus point) but its still one of those things you have to applaud.

Although, as Lee Grant pointed out to me at the SFS as we watched the closing stages, it was a good result for the Tahs!
