Lovely spring day here at Macquarie Uni, the ground looks in very good nick for one which is used a lot. Pymble Ladies' College playing a Gordon club side in 7s. Girls' schools are embracing 7s in a big way, Sante Sabina featured at Homebush before the Sydney Bledisloe as well as playing in a regular competition.

Which oval are they using Lindommer? I've played there on the front rugby oval before it became Sydney FC's training ground, and then down on the AFL ground last year for the Old Boys day.

This year we got the second Oval up the top which was OK-ish.

The main oval in front of the clubhouse. It'd be the northernmost (easternmost, corrected) of the sports area.

Rays kickoff, penalty to the Rams just outside their 22m. Play goes up to the Rays 10m line.

Coupla rucks around the Rays 10m mark, Rams hold the ball for 5/6 phases and then a nice kick to 5m out from the Rays line.

Rams win a lineout, ball goes along the backs on the halfway line, Turner breaks free and goes over.. No try.

Rams kickoff well into Rays 22, Rays kick back, Mason returns, Dunbar ditto back to Rams 15m mark. Lineout to Rams. Rays steral ball, nice rtun up teir RH side.

Nice run from Holloway (please do this more often, Jed, much more often), play goes to the middle, Rays pinch the ball and make a nice run up their RH side to 15m out from Rams line.

Lineout 21m in Rams half, Rays win but bugger it up. Scrum to Rams, nice run from Holloway, good backing up and a try to big Taqele in the left corner. 5 all after 17mins

Scrum right on halfway, Rays feed. Massive shove from the Rams, penalty. Lineout on Rays 22m line, nice backing up by Mason, bad pass, Turner clears out and scores at the other end.
