Brisbane City throwing the game? Helps build the rivalry?

We shall see how they play.

Country have a better team on paper and have an early lead. Great odds.

No look inside pop from Tuttle to Perese puts Perese in under the posts. 12 - 0 to Country after 20. Great play.

Country lineout faltering but they are pretty dominant in other areas of play.

City with a lot of possession, including a lot a few metres out, and Country with some loose discipline lucky to have all 15 on the field. Despite that, Country defence hold on to keep City out.

Someone taught QLD Country to tackle, struggling with getting possession at the moment though

Samo finally in from 1m out, Country still lucky to have all 15 on the park.

Country have barely seen the ball for 15 minutes.

Would love to see Horan demand the ball a bit more from his forwards, but it's hard for a young fly half called in like that.

Country's defence a revelation! Although the penalties are a worry. Nearly every other Ref out there would have given cheese by now.

happy with the intensity and level of passion between those blokes, good to see Reds teammate getting into each other and a bit of push and shove.

Country in again, Paia'ua this time. Nice move off a dominant scrum that marched City back a long way. 24 - 7 to Country, with the bonus point now.

19 to go.

Getting pretty scrappy now with dropped balls. Game has been quite good mostly, Country are much improved this year. edit: even allowing for City's weakened state.

Inside ball from replacement hooker Casey to Tupou and Country are in again. Tupou with a nice 15 - 20m run to the line, legs pumping like mad.
