Lions v Crusaders, Johannesburg 2/04/16 - 0400 AEDT

Crucial match for both teams who can consolidate their Top Eight position with a win. A Lions loss leaves them vulnerable should the Bulls beat the Cheetahs; a Crusaders loss probably sees them lose eighth spot to the winner of Waratahs v Rebels.

Blues v Jaguares, North Harbour 2/04/16 - 1535 AEDT

Both have seven Table points so winner still mathematically in with a shot at the Eight, loser joins the also-rans. It'll be interesting to see how many people venture into the wasteland in the middle of which North Harbour stadium was dumped............

Bulls v Cheetahs, Pretoria 3/04/16 - 0315 AEDT

A Bulls win sees them at least stay in touch with the Lions for the third African qualifying spot, or overtake them should the Lions lose. Cheetahs probably need to win everything from here in just to qualify, a loss almost certainly means elimination.

For the record, Crusaders 43-37 in a 10-try pearler. If you didn't record it, catch a replay ASAP.

Woke up this morning and pressed play on this one, what a cracker of a match! Some sublime tries from both sides, 'Saders always looked to have the game in hand, but the Lions just kept coming. Will be surprised if its not the game of the round.

We are blessed with a comp like Super Rugby, games of the highest quality spread over 4 continents, it also augers well for the 4N comp.

Poor old Sunwolves! Very entertaining game, stoic defence by the Kings in that second half, SW's just refused to give up and kept coming at them. In hindsight they had so much time in the 22 that they should have just taken the repeated penalties and probably would have built a winning lead.

Instead they kept going for a try which was entertaining but eventually fruitless. Probably felt they were going to crack the Kings defence eventually or see a YC for the King's repeated penalties - neither eventuated and in the end it was the Kings that got the try at the other end.

Real feel for the SW's, they are playing entertaining rugby and getting oh so close.
