Good stadium that. Might see what ticket prices are like.

EDIT: $60 base, up to $180

Might be the strongest pumas side we've seen in a while, given their european players are now available. A back three with cordero, boffelli + imhoff in particular is deadly

Apparently, Jerónimo De La Fuente and Emiliano Boffelli would not be available for this first Tri Nations game, due to muscle injuries that will take a few more days to overcome. This is the team that Ledesma showed today Tuesday (high intensity practice) and that is usually in 90% of the cases the one that jumps to the field on the day of the game. Facundo Isa and Santiago Cordero could go to the bench, to achieve some impact there.

1. Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro (JAG)
2. Julián Montoya (JAG → AUS)
3. Francisco Gómez Kodela (EUR)
4. Guido Petti (EUR)
5. Matías Alemanno (EUR)
6. Pablo Matera [c] (EUR)
7. Marcos Kremer (EUR)
8. Rodrigo Bruni (JAG)
9. Tomás Cubelli (JAG → AUS)
10. Nicolás Sánchez (EUR)
11. Juan Imhoff (EUR)
12. Santiago Chocobares (JAG)
13. Matías Orlando (JAG → EUR)
14. Bautista Delguy (JAG)
15. Santiago Carreras (JAG)

The arrow symbol indicates that despite having already signed for a new club, European or Australian, until now they were available to Ledesma in the preparation of the Tri Nations.

12. Laumape/Goodhue
13. Umaga-Jensen
14. Jordan (if available, eslewise J.Barrett)
15. B.Barrett

16. Coles
17. Moody
18. Lomax
19. Vaa'i
20. Savea
21. Webber
22. Goodhue/Laumape
23. J.Barrett (either Rieko or ALB, if J.Barrett is at wing)

In the loosies, I'd give Cane a rest and roll out a proper tough, salt-of-the-earth, trio who will roll up their sleeves and get stuck into some good honest, if unglamorous, hard work. Something these fancy lad southrons from exotic locales such as Wellington and Otago just don't understand. What with their fancy lad avocado's, tailored merino scarves and some such.

Forgot Umaga-Jensen was in the squad so would like to see him get a decent run at centre; pair him up with either his Hurricanes partner for sS Y N E R G Y, or Goodhue if you'd prefer greater test experience/organisational skills. Also I just want to see how a big midfield goes with Clarke also pesting around outside them.

Normally I'd have looked to rest B.Barrett, but he had half this season off already and is buggering off again next season. So fuck him. Work him like a dog.

And Damian McKenzie.

I mean, if you're still going to play the top team, why not play them against the Wallabies last weekend? Argentina have had, what, two warmup games in about six months? Seems like this would've been the more appropriate time to experiment.

EDIT: Too slow this time round it seems.
