IMO, a very interesting, factual article by Link re his Reds coaching staff. And a Part 2 to come.

(Btw, he makes no mention of kicking coach (a Reds' soft spot from QC (Quade Cooper) if they really want to make the big time), nor of the QRU wrestling coach.)

Those of you who will know of my conviction that mental skills and game psychology coaching is central to modern elite sports (though of no interest to RD) will be interested in Link's comments on this area of team development and game plans.

A very interesting piece. Link has established a very good group there obviously.

Big contrast to the other Oz teams with the exception of the Rebels who though they aren't winning a lot they have definitely outperformed most people's expectation given their playing roster and start to the year.
