Kafe made a good point on the re-starts from Bled 1 the other night on the Rugby Club.
We all know about the Wallabies woes in that area but what Kafe showed was that out of the two kick offs the Wobs contested the All Blacks basically stuffed both.
The 1st contested kick AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) tapped back for Simmons to collect & the 2nd the All Blacks fumbled but were able to gather.

So this really is a basic of Rugby & it's simple. Make everything a contest wether it be a lineout, scrum or re-start that is what seperates Rugby from the other code.

The Wobs just gave them possesion without a contest the AB's didn't they went after everything.

It's proof that we can rattle them if we contest, they aren't perfect they make mistakes let's just hope we go back to that rugby basic.

Rugby has always been about the "contest". Before the allowance of lifting at LO time and putting the ball in under the locks feet at scrum time, theses 2 setpieces were alot more of a contest.
