How to delete a spam conversation?

A spammer has started a "conversation" with me & I'm guessing I'm not the only one. How do I get this shit outta my inbox? Preferably without having to open the message in case there's malware or worse in it.

The best I can come up with is go to their profile page and post then url here. One of the mods will check it out.

I've deleted a ton of these accounts the last couple of days so I may already have got it.

Eventually the got bored with me not taking the bait but it was disturbing nevertheless. You can see why that sorta shit directed at the young and/ or vulnerable can have such devastating effects.
