Thomo how is Laurie Fisher settling in at Munster? Any inside info? He sounds like a nice bloke and a good forwards coach. He didnt have the injury free cattle at the Brumbies after the first year. I wish him well.

Seems a lovely bloke, looks proper dog-on-string-sitting-on-park-bench-muttering-to-self-unfortunate-smell-from-trousers-digressing-all-the-time mad, lineout isn't firing at all, but seems to be improving a bit, scrum doing very nicely, adapting to the breakdown crackdown and we seem to be getting better at it, hands and distribution skills of the forwards are certainly better.

Now, ask me after Sunday night's game, and then we'll know how we're doing.

Reading James Joyce again T78?

Geez 'Ulysses' was the only dirty book I could get my hands on as a youngster at the library: "Hot, I tongued her ..." Ah the memories.

Go Munster.

For the first time ever I'm thinking of supporting the Ladyboys simply because Rocky is there and they have a bit of Aussie influence whilst Munster have 2 good kiwis in the midfield. Tomorrow will be a cracker. Missed out on tickets though. Should be played in a bigger stadium!

You're lucky it wasn't Finnegan's Wake.

Pffft. When Lee was a youngster, the not new dirty book was Ovid's Ars Amatoria...

Hell I've always thought he was more a Billy Connolly clone.

It's just as well he did score that try, because if he hadn't after pulling the defender in and then deciding not to pass, Mafi would have come over and kicked him in the head personally.

That said, he's playing well, and seems to be liking it. Don't think he'll displace Leamy, but as injury cover, he's doing alright, sort of thing...

Know its a bit off the topic but just to let you know Maties beating Ikeys in the 2008 intervasity over the weekend and clinch the WP Groot Uitdaag once again. Not a surprise but nevertheless.
