Right, let's have them...

3 - Adam Ashley-Cooper - 3 tries is pretty good effort and set up at least 2 others.
2 - Berrick Barnes - Led the team well when he came on and kicked 4/5 goals.
1 - Rocky Elsom - Only played just over a half, but his work rate looked better on first glance.

2. Berrick Barnes
1. Nathan Sharpe

Funny old match, not totally convincing and some bad injuries to boot. Was pleased to see Slipper get through some more game time.

Tough, so many substitutions, and USA B lost their structure as the game went on. But you can only play whats in front of you, so:

3. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper). I saw him pass the ball. Even left to right. Repeatedly and well.
2. Berrick Barnes. Classy, effective, what is taking so long?
1. Quade Cooper. Why not, he was.... mercurial, but committed and trying, I think, to do the right thing structure wise.

3. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) - Previously mentioned reasons
2. Barnes - Steadied the ship.
1. Horne - Rock at the start, set a good foundation for our backs

3. AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)
2. Barnes - why wasn't he played against Ireland or Italy? We looked very dangerous with the alternating playmakers. Hopefully he will at 12 for SA, and this is the end of Deans defense only center strategy. But it is also risky that him and Cooper won't get to play together under pressure and back foot ball until a do or die knock-out against the Saffers.
1. Sharpe - played very well!

The Springboks won't be shaking in their boots after this performance and injury toll.

3- AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper)
2 - Rocky
1- Beale (first 3 tries involvment)

PT ...Boks should be scared, we can still score tries and they can kick goals, Welsh had them on toast and Fiji and Namibia couldn't handle the size.

Almost everyone played well. Simmons and Mcalman were pretty ordinary.

Seven players played really well IMO. Cooper, Sharpe, Palu, Barnes, Horne, Mitchell, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper).

3. Palu
2. Barnes
1. Horne.

Sharpe was next best.

3: Berrick's Back.
2: Cliffy's Back.
1: Horney's Back.

Going to be a good year for the Tahs in 2012! Rocky, TPN, AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) and Vicks were good too!

EDIT: How could I forget Drewwie!

The Springboks won't be shaking in their boots after this performance and injury toll.

They'd be foolish not to. Barnes had a cracker coming back, and although we lost McCabe, Horne, Fainga'a and Palu, none of those four would have been likely to start in the Quarter Final anyway. We looked really potent with the dual playmakers, and they linked up well to set up a few tries in tandem. Beale was exceptional in the first half, not putting in silly chips and making some good efforts in support. Simmons was ordinary, but Sharpe really pushed his case to Deans and co.. McCalman, well, he was McCalman, but when Pocock's back we should be fine. I'd imagine that the first player brought in for injury cover will be either Robinson or Hodgson, so that's a positive.

The side we take in to the Knockout stages won't be much different to this:
15. Beale 14. O'Connor/Mitchell 13. Ashley-Cooper 12. Barnes (gk) 11. Ioane 10. Cooper 9. Genia
8. Samo 7. Pocock 6. Elsom 5. Horwill (c) 4. Vickerman 3. Slipper 2. Moore 1. Kepu
16. Polota-Nau 17. Alexander 18. Sharpe 19. McCalman 20. Higginbotham 21. Burgess 22. Mitchell/O'Connor

That side is capable of beating anyone.
