A completely new set of props, with all 3 of last week's (AJ, Pek and Troy T) all replaced. Castle gets a start!

Hockings still on the bench?????

Valentine back.

JOC (James O'Connor) starting!!! :thumb

Cummins starting. Was Hare injured or just ditched?

Stani back on the bench!! :thumb

Good to see JOC (James O'Connor) in the starting lineup, he looked pretty good off the bench last week. Jeez thats a dynamic backline. Thought Tatupu actually did pretty well, and he should provide a bit of punch off the bench.

Valentine will make a big difference.

Exactly, after last week I wanted to see the whole Tight 5 replaced but that was never going to happen. Two new props starting is a good thing thou!

Can't wait to see Staniforth back in action!!!!

what is needed is a static frontline, their dynamism is the root of their problems

On the bright side, the Force is playing the Cheetahs at home, whilst the Cheetahs are in the first week of their tour. Should be a win to the Force, regardless of their tight 5 problems. That being said, if the Force backrow fails to fire they could be in trouble. Hope Cross pulls up OK.

I'm particularly interested to see how Castle goes, and if Shepherd can improve on his form he gets more game time and more confidence back.

As a side note, Cummins aside, that's an all-Wallaby backline.

And that isn't going to be their problem. As you say a poor effort in the pigs (and the seeming home ground disadvantage they have developed) could be the undoing. BUT I think I am going the Force in this one - but not by much.

This one have me in a rattle. ::) The Force disappoint me last week and the Cheetahs surprise me. Obvious you lot looking at it as a easy game but something things that have me in second thoughts about this match:
1 Cheetahs defens look very solid in round 1. 3 of the 4 tries came from the Lions when they were 14 men.
2 The Cheetahs have one of the best set of loosies in the compo. This three is in great nick and the Viljoen try against the Lions was brilliant play between the three. Cant forget last year the Stormers loosies tooking the Force apart.
3 Myself could not believe Naka picked Bosman in 10 and Potgieter in 12 against the Lions. Surprisingly both was very good.
4 The two 7s specialist wingers was brilliant against the Lions. Juries need just a tiny little space to work in and his gone. Demas also had a cracker game.
5 The Force look like they have inhouse problems.
6 The Force seems to cant win at home.

Will look at the Cheetahs side before I decide on this one. :nta:

I am still hesitant about the Cheetahs and the Lions. Sure they put on a great show last week, but you would have thought both sides would stand a good chance of getting the wooden spoon. So was it a case of great attack or poor defence?

I think we need another round before we can judge the two sides. Which makes tipping this match all the harder.

Ive only just signed up for the tipping comp so giving everyone a head start.

I'll be going with the Force in this one. Cheetahs loosies are obviously their strength with Juan being the best blindside in the world in my opinion. However Pocock and Brown arent too bad and the Force tight 5 seems stronger this week with Castle and Hardy in the side. Force backs should score 3 tries and I reckon that will be enough.

as long as nobody breaks the line mitchell will be a wicked fullback. he counter-attack is spiffy.
if they do though, specially if its the 3 loose forwards like last week... we are in trouble.

Thats the Cheetahs strong point. Watch Brussouw in this one. :fishing

The Cheetahs throw this game again. Bees miss a score by a whisper of a hand. Thought their defense was outstanding and can see they worked hard on that. Wish Juries could get a bit of space but not today, did set up Demas nicely. Also Daniller had a huge one field the boombs and big on defense. Something wrong with their scrum tho. The Force , dunno, PoCock and Brown their stars. Brown sure recieved a nice yellow and some Strauss flash.

look like it was pretty hot out there. The Cheetahs look out on their feet at half time and the Force towards the end. Could see when they hold up Juan at the end they were down.

I am sure the Cheetahs will get a win in the next few weeks.
