It was a turbo charged blue Mazda CX-7.

Anyhoo Kurtley was driving it around (on his Ps at the time) and was charged for driving a high performance vehicle.

Finally something has happened. The charges were thrown out of court.

It may not be, but jeez that has a whiff of racial profiling about it. A CX7 is essentially a family car, turbo or not. For the cops to go to so much effort to bust Kurtley seems strange, even if technically correct. Maybe he said something to piss them off, but he doesn't seem like that kind of person.
