All-Time Crim 1st XV

Weird to see Clarke making an attempt to "evade" a stop, would have been more typical to run over the top of the cop car and try free the arms up.

Long time forum stalker, finally decided to sign up and contribute, always good to see proper rugby trying to keep up with our jail rugby brothers stupidity.
He rides a motorbike?!

Something for the No Second Chancers to think about (?): a guy who spent five years in a WA prison for assault just won the NZ Golf Open.

There are obviously irredeemable people in the world but I truly believe they're well outnumbered by those that can turn their lives around & should be given the opportunity to do so before we just write them off forever.

I think the general opinion is not so much no second chances, but more you shouldn't get a second chance until you've served your time and atoned, the step that seems to get skipped a bit too easily and often by star rugby players.

Also depends on what someone did. I feel like this bloke is right on the edge of giving them a second chance. Serious assault charges but did his time and was only 21 around horrendous people in the Rebel MC. He can turn it around and live a good life.

We shouldn't be giving chances to people like the Dutch Beach Volleyball player that had gone to prison for the rape of a 12 year old year old yet played at the Olympics. Besides the fact he deserves death IMO that tier of crime should rule you out of a lot of privileges regardless of the time served.

Or sports players, because of their position, get off crimes that ordinary people would be punished for. THEN they get lauded, promoted and celebrated by their nation, which is a privilege and not a right. And finally we get told about the no dick heads policy :)
