There is a criticism that too much time is lost with scrum resets and scrum penalties to such an extent that the scrum is seldom a genuine contested restart of the game. Much of this criticism is being directed at the the Scrum Hit - Should it be removed from the game and replaced with a more passive engagement like the 80's when the front rows just semmed to fold in.

The referees can then call for a fair feed into the middle of the scrum from the half back and the scrum reverts to a hooking and pushing contest for the ball.

Clyde Rathbone has become something of a poster child recently of rugby players making the issue of depression public and subsequently overcoming depression.

Topo is well known for his own battles with depression and bipolar disorder and has been well known as an advocate for bipolar disorder fundraising and awareness.

How is he going now personally as well as with the various organisations he's involved with? Does the fact that these issues are slowly becoming more public in terms of prominent people acknowledging that they're suffering make raising awareness easier?
