Depends if the coach has had success elsewhere. However, I tend to lean towards the Vince Lombardi train of thought that says ' if an organisation lacks success, look at the front office first'. Unfortunately in Wests case, it's often the coach.

Hello all, I've been away for a while but am back in the saddle now. I've noticed that Shaun Treweek has left West Harbour and gone to Manly. Does that mean that Dad is no longer on the board? Hmmmmm.
