I'm interested reading these comments. I not only coach the Kings side, but have coached Leichhardt Wanderers in this age group with Steve Edmed. Among others, Saul Lewis and Lachie Ilias( CAS 10) were in the side. To be honest, I can smell a lot of vested interest in this thread. Clearly I'm...

    Shute Shield 2014

Hello all, I've been away for a while but am back in the saddle now. I've noticed that Shaun Treweek has left West Harbour and gone to Manly. Does that mean that Dad is no longer on the board? Hmmmmm.

    Shute Shield 2013

I've seen the result, but did anyone see James O'Connor out there for West Harbour today? Concord's pretty close to a 24 hour Hungry jack's too.

    Shute Shield 2013

I actually prefer guys like Angus Gardner, Ian Smith and James Leckie to Steve Walsh. If you ever get an opportunity to listen to Walsh on the sports ears, you'd be surprised at the way he talks to players. The other guys empathy towards game management is in my opinion superior, and less...

Choose 4 clubs would you include in a national comp

You could make the country teams origin sides or in the case of Melb, and Perth - non playing S15 squad members. after all, those guys will be living in those areas.

Choose 4 clubs would you include in a national comp

If it's a 12 team comp, then add the runners up & third place in Sydney and Brisbane,or either the Darwin Mossies or John Dent runner up.
