Is it number of wins in the lower age groups ( except firsts ), or is the points system the same as GPS soccer - that is 3 pts for a win, 1 for a draw ?

In the 14As, if BSHS had converted their last try and won, then State High and BBC would have shared the premiership, with GT 3rd - 3 good teams. http://www.foxsportspulse.com/comp_info.cgi?c=0-11046-0-377145-0&pool=1&a=LADDER

Rugby worked far better in Term 2, for all of the reasons that you outline above, as well as aligning better with Schoolboy rep programmes at the end of the season , rather than before any games have been played. Soccer and rugby should be switched back around to where they were - that way Rugby...

Its not only soccer that is competing with rugby for participation - since rugby was changed from Term 2 to Term 3 in the GPS competition, Rugby has lost a lot of boys to basketball.

Dark Side - i take your dare - BBC ( link below) withheld a very spirited Nudgee XV onslaught, and held them to 2 tries. It is great to see the competition developing in this age group, and the quality of rugby with it. The boys are learning that no matter who they play, they cant just turn up...

Brave and Game - you probably still have the CIC Programme when these boys were in Grade 5 in 2011 - can you please check - someone's Mum told me that BBC had a boy play who knew another kid who's Dad met Jonah Lomu - and they didn't tell anyone !! Move on people - these kids are 13 and played a...

Gungenia - add another 2 out - Brisbane Prop broke his arm at club training during the week - and 6 boys crawled out of bed with the flu Saturday morning, and some other disruptions mid-week that don't warrant mention here - but that is sport - you need to play what is in front of you. Having...

My Dear TG - from all of your posts, you are obviously "on the inside " at BBC, but it seems you keep getting given the wrong oil ! Not sure what it has to do with the game anyway, but the are no heart surgeons in the 14As, or Bs, or cs for that matter at BBC . It was a good game - focus on...

Fair call DS - yup - really keen, and extraordinarily well drilled for a 14s team - do you know who their coach is - he did a great job getting them up for that game ?
