Hey Tony, My top 4 forward packs in terms of set piece would have to be Nudgee, Churchie, State High and unpopular opinion BGS. Churchies enforcer Sio has been dominant in the scrum. State High with a large scale pack and impact from the likes of Havea Takai has been deadly. BGS has kept the...

Hey Back fence, With 7 premierships under their belt Brisbane Grammar's rugby program holds a prestigious past, and new changes to the directing roles have shown an upward trend in the success of the program. Boy that 2012 team showed some flair and that BGS can field a quality side quite...

Hey T.G6, some flankers currently in year 11 have really caught my eye this season, and to think they still have another season to go is truly exciting for the future of Rugby Australia. The likes of Thomas Wood (ACGS) Lincoln Dalton (BGS) and Joey Gray (although year 12) (TGS) have been up...

Avoiding the water hoses (just learnt what this meant), any one got their opinions on track champion Seth Kennedy, I know he has loads of pace but just wanted a perspective about him on the wing. -G.S

Ah D.K, While Mcgahan performed quite well, Breen was a standout in a losing BGS side. From the sideline it looked like Breen was playing a game of lunchtime touch football when he had the ball in hand, not scared to step and weave. Well deserved listing for Breen. Yours truly, G.S

Aside from the hooker department, I though that while he had a limited number of minutes #20 off the bench for BGS (he plays 16A's) brought some impact which rattled the flow of the TGS pack. However, it was all too little too late after TGS piled on the points early on. Cheers, G.S

Hey Quick Tap, I wasn't sure myself but the profile picture convinced me. I also know Ron personally and think that this could possibly be him due to his love for the game, keep me posted if you find out more. - G.S

Ron, great to see you in this forum, long time no see. This place needs someone with some elite rugby knowledge such as yourself. I'm an old boy and have great memories being lucky enough to play under your guidance. I must agree with your statements about young Wackwitz, a player with such...

TGS vs BGS (13-17 TGS) A tough fought contest which endured until the final whistle, saw TGS take the edge over a relentless BGS side. Key match up of Rhymen Tusi (TGS) and George Swan (BGS) stood out for me as they went head to head all game long, both showing their potential for the upcoming...

Hey Blin6side, Great list you have made here and have to agree that the Pitbull really drove that BBC pack forward. His set piece was brilliant and showed composure in such a big debut game. I would like to mention ACGS flanker Thomas Wood as an underrated player so far in the comp. Conway was...

From BGS U16: Best Forward: Dyer Akauola #8, Of Tongan descent, Akauola brings a sense of go forward for the BGS pack, with footwork well above most in the GPS. Best Back: Harper Enasio #12: After an impactful start to the game against Churchie, Enasio was menacing to Churchie with ball in...
