If Noah Chara can stay fit he will be a real threat to the rest of the GPS. He's been battling injuries over the last season from both Rugby and Basketball. If he stays fit he seriously has a chance at playing in the 1sts or 2nds at Joeys.

Excited to see how Baretto performs under the Cerise and Blue. Very promising and dominant player as seen in his matches for the u15 Waratahs. Good luck to the kid and i'm looking forward to see how Joeys will use him! TPPG22

Will be looking forward to seeing Gus 'run a muck' in the opens this year. TPPG22

Clearly taking the mick. This tomfoolery will not be tolerated. @Joker

Its funny you say that because you'd think that just Riverview faced setbacks. Hanigan's Joeys side faced injuries throughout the season even their captain Jermaine Beale. Ultimately, injuries and setbacks are apart of the game that every team goes through so it's no better that one team can...

Welcome back TMM. I think we are all so keen for this year GPS season as it will be excillerating and extremely competitive. I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'glazing' but Gracias and Hanigan are in for a cracker of a season. I'm not sure about Minotaur though, seemed to have a pretty...

Had a pre-season with the main squad earlier in the year. Pretty sure that he joins the top 30 or development first year out of school. Exciting young player that hopefully recovers well from his injury so we can see him back in action during the GPS season! TPPG22

I doubt that the Tigers make an 18 year old that's still in school play first grade. Just because he had a pre-season with the top squad, does not mean he's made it.

    NSW AAGPS 2025

Unless he is playing Jersey Flegg (u21's) or NSW Cup for Wests, he should be able to play all GPS games for Newington. TPPG22

I think with the Scots boys back from Glengarry they will be a powerful force and dominate the 16s age group. It will also be interesting to see what u16s players play in the open age group. I think the likes of Finn Hanigan, Will Brown, and Eduardo Gracias from Joeys will! TPPG22

I totally agree, Greg Macken has proven time and time again that he is capable of coaching such a team and I believe he will go on to do great things for the school. Also as a teacher, he provides knowledge and further companionship with those who he coaches which will ultimately increase their...

Apparently Greg Macken is becoming the new 2nds forwards coach for Joeys. Thoughts?? TPPG22

well reports have just come in that SHORE's dynamic flyhalf, Rex Bassingthwaite, will be out until round 4 of the season. This is a significant blow for the team, as he was a crucial player in their premiership success last year. Bassingthwaite's exceptional skills and ability to orchestrate...

Absolutely, your analogy about picking a Melbourne Cup winner in March is spot on! Just like that race, predicting outcomes in sports, can be incredibly unpredictable due to factors such as injuries and fluctuating form. However, I think Joeys are an outlier to this due to their key advantage...

    NSW AAGPS 2025

Well Springy, I am with your statement that you believe it is still a form of importing as I believe that the schools have a part. When a club signs a young player and they begin looking for schools, its usually the schools who put their hands up wanting that player. And I'm sure that the club...
