  1. The Marketing Pigeon

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Any idea on injuries going into next week? Wilson went off for HIA but looked fine after, bell and pietsch both looked ginger leaving the field
  2. The Marketing Pigeon

    Chiefs v Reds 7/6 QF

Hoping Luke Jacobson gets cited and suspended for the head to head on Christie last week
  3. The Marketing Pigeon

    Rebels v Drua

Ripley isn’t up to super rugby standard - don’t think I’ve seen him make any plays that weren’t an error since he’s been on
  4. The Marketing Pigeon

Battle of the Wooden Spoon: Moana Pasifika v Waratahs

i want to see Gordon, Perese, Holloway, Gleeson, edmed and although he’s not playing Jorgenson (send him to U20’s) nowhere near a wallabies squad
  5. The Marketing Pigeon

Battle of the Wooden Spoon: Moana Pasifika v Waratahs

Surely the tahs let Jake Gordon go after this game, he’s genuinely terrible
  6. The Marketing Pigeon

Battle of the Wooden Spoon: Moana Pasifika v Waratahs

Don’t like giving him credit for anything but Eddie might have been right leaving Holloway out last year - looks completely lacklustre and think he’s dusted, wouldn’t have him anywhere near a wallabies squad currently in the lock/6 position with the most depth of options
  7. The Marketing Pigeon

    Wallabies 2024

Starting to think this version of Tom Wright is moulding into a Willie Le Roux type of 15 - constantly dangerous and opens up options for everyone around him
  8. The Marketing Pigeon

    Aussie Player Exodus

Also screams Carter Gordon to the Tahs
  9. The Marketing Pigeon

    Wallabies 2024

Early take but Nick Frost might not make the wallabies squad for mine if LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), Holloway, Rodda are locked in and Ryan smith, Hanigan (bench lock and 6) and swain are all in much better form and have greater size. Frosts lack of physicality and passiveness in contact is glaring in the game tonight
  10. The Marketing Pigeon

    Round 7: Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 6th 7.35PM AEDT @ GIO Stadium

Think I’m willing to give Wright the Wallabies 15 jersey after these back to back performances
  11. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Have to rebuild the system with quality coaching at Super Rugby level - DC seems like a great guy but doesn’t have the experience overseas needed to succeed in a high pressure job that the Tahs is
  12. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Should be coaches lining up for the Waratahs job - the fact the current coaches experience highlights are winning the Shute shield and MLR just isn’t good enough
  13. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Call up Cheika - DC is gone
  14. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Carter Gordon far too rocks or diamonds for me - kicks out on the full, charge downs and patchy decision making. Doesn’t strike me as what Schmidt is In the market for
  15. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Jack Grant with a great stint here - only made positive plays
  16. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

Glad this game has ruled out both Carter Gordon and Edmed from the Wallabies 10 race
  17. The Marketing Pigeon

Round Six: Waratahs v Rebels Friday March 29, 7:35 pm SFS

This is some of the worst rugby of the season so far from both teams - directionless and kicking away any bit of ball they get. For mine a big black mark on the 10’s, wingers and 15’s for each team with the inability to trust themselves to build phases and just kick balls straight back to the...
  18. The Marketing Pigeon

    Melbourne Rebels 2024

Thought this was a Betoota Advocate article when I saw it
  19. The Marketing Pigeon

    Waratahs 2024

Apparently Isaac Lucas is one year off Japanese eligibility and off contract end of this season - surely this is a prime target for the Tahs with the struggles at 10 we see currently
  20. The Marketing Pigeon

    Wallabies 2024

Thinking about the current make up for the wallabies team and short run into the wales series, hard to go past a 7,8, 9 combo of Mcreight, Wilson and McDermott regardless of how consistent Valetini has been in years past - I’m sure Ben Darwin would agree with the cohesion in these keys areas
