    QLD Premier Rugby 2025

that 4th spot on the ladder is really open with Bond (currently 4th), Souths (5th) and GPS (6th) all losing on the weekend. Could of been a good opportunity to get a W there and move up the ladder or at least get closer to the other teams.

yeah i heard it from someone inside QRU. i personally dont believe it cos JTA (Jeffery Toomaga-Allen) is pretty positive whenever he mentions Norths on his socials and he also lives on the northside. Why would he even move unless he was instructed to do so by reds. Dunno.

heard that JTA (Jeffery Toomaga-Allen) is playing for sunnybank this year now. Dont know how accurate

I think you're missing the point a bit here. I'm talking about the connect between Q Cup and lower level BRL. The drop down is significant. A player playing top level footy for all of their life having to play in lower level suburban comp is a bit of a let down and would turn some people off...

My point was just that the drop down from a pretty professional set up team in Q Cup down to local A Grade comp is a bit of a downer and can turn people off.

If you aren't selected for the top team (Q Cup) then the next team down is local A Grade Brisbane comp which is entire different club itself. Its not like qld rugby where if you don't get in prem grade you just drop down to 2nd grade. Brisbane Tigers for example is the Q cup team and the A...

Brothers' depth is truly impressive. Their juniors are always strong, and they've recently started recruiting more players from New Zealand in the Colts. I've seen a number of Colts boys come from New Zealand after finishing school to try their hand, with Brothers assisting by housing and...

In my unpopular opinion, it would mean more to win a premiership with a steady team then a bunch of ring ins for the last few games that takeover from the players that have toiled away and played the majority of the season to get them in the position to even play finals. *Cough cough*...

dont think Richie plays for easts anymore. he switched to sunnybank last year. Tbh though not sure they need him. Easts already have Ready and Max Craig playing a half each every game. Only person i can think of would be Frankie Goldsborough. Again not sure where he would fit in again. Its hard...

after 4 losses (more losses then wins) you still think that wests are equal favs??? make that make sense. you literally said a week ago "the Bulldogs need 8 wins from 10 games - it is possible but not probable" to now thinking they are equal favs? easts are undefeated and brothers have lost 1...

MVP was JP Tominiko flopping in on top to obscure the ref as he was telling everyone to move out so he could see the ball :p Pretty funny never seen that before.

Wests were paying around $2.60 on Ladbrokes before the season to win the comp.

Kohan Herbert is an absolute gun. Shame he couldn't get a shot at the next level in Australia. Definitely good enough to get some decent coin with contracts in Japan and US. I remember last year when he filled in at inside centre and he was still just as good. Stand out every week for...
