    NSW AAGPS 2025

Lots of kids have Harold Matthews / SG Ball as well over summer which will keep them in tip-top shape.

    CAS Rugby 2025

Sadly not accurate for Knox lower years. The 13s and 14s struggled badly for numbers and poor results followed. Great spirit in the teams but a worry for future years. This year’s opens and 16s will be strong though. As someone else said maybe the new DOR can revitalise the program.

Disappointing to see that Scots is currently bottom of the Sydney schools golf series. I imagine serious conversations are taking place in the libraries and pool houses of Bellevue Hill.

U18 Academy Games and Australia U18s

Totally agree. It’s obvious that Makasani and the other tourists loved the experience and it can only increase the chances they will come back into the fold down the track.

    What was final score?

    U16 schoolboy rugby

The Brumbies were already strengthened by some Waratah players and lost by 90 anyway. Agree the comp doesn’t work. Those Brumby and Rebels teams looked about the strength of a good Sydney school team. The U16 Randwick team would have easily beaten both. The best thing for that age group would...

I reckon Taj Little will slot into the 1sts backline somewhere. Gun player.

    CAS Rugby 2025

Hope they do this, makes a lot of sense. A problem though is that the ISA season is longer than CAS. maybe they don’t do trials and just roll it through all of term 2.

Wallabies v Springboks, Sat 17th August 2024 Perth

Every Australian fan chips in $20 a month and we get Nathan Cleary for 3 years

    CAS Rugby 2024

The match ups are interesting. Two of the best front rows in Sydney, though it looked like the Knox tight head got injured last week and without him the scrum may suffer. Knox has a gun back row and may edge it there, esp if TJ is out. Barker may have the better halves, but Jecks is getting...

    CAS Rugby 2024

Great game. Pass was clearly forward but they will be kicking themselves. Simple hands out and they score. Bad luck for them, good for us! Sets up another winner take all derby next week.

    CAS Rugby 2024

The obvious answer is a two tier ISA /CAS comp for rugby only. Problem solved.

    CAS Rugby 2024

72-0 I think. Knox forwards just too strong. 2nd half a little scrappy with a lot of subs coming on.

    any update waves v barker?

    CAS Rugby 2024

Predicting it will be Barker v Knox for the title on the last day. The Barker kids will be in fine voice and hopefully the stakes will be high enough to actually get some Knox students there as well.

    CAS Rugby 2024

Jarrah McLeod and Archie Saunders from Knox starting for Aus U20s against Ireland tomorrow. Hope they turn it around from the loss to Italy.

Surprised Qld got as many as 7 in. All NSW teams schooled them, excuse the pun.

    ISA 2024

Congrats to him but a shame for rugby. He is elite.

    NSW AAGPS 2024

And the game before. ISA beat Pres B 36-7. The main final is Pres A v ISA. Should be a cracker.

    CAS Rugby 2024

Yep CAS will feel like it was one that got away. Not too many Ws over GPS and that was a golden chance. They had more than enough territory and possession to win it in the second half but errors and missed set pieces cost them. Still, a good game of rugby.
