    You could say that about any aspect of the game..... rulings at rucks, scrums or high tackles all vary from referee to referee.

    100% agree - plenty of other reasons why Terrace lost the game. Certainly not an easy job refereeing, would be very easy to miss something when it is all happening very fast.
