    2013 IRB Junior World Championship - France

    Meehans a good 10, and got a good boot, but as a 9, very average. For some reason, a certain guy in the reds academy rates him, but he's generally been outplayed as a 9. I guess it's his versatility that makes him useful, but there have been specialist 9's who have been outplaying him for years...
