It was a pulsating affair, with Scots scoring first after 7' courtesy of one of Scots best today, left wing, Barney Pinkerton (11), and which settled the Scots boys nerves. And maybe too much so, because the JoeBoys responded with 2 converted tries of their own. Joeys 14-5. Scots OC, Harry...

Final score at BH in the 3's: Scots 22 def. Joeys 21

I'll defer to the greater wisdom then, and set my alarm. The Scots v Joeys 3s game should be an absolute ripper. :)

Being a temperate bloke, but just having seen tomorrow's line up, WTF is with the playing of tomorrow's Scots v Joeys 3's at 10:00hrs?!? Like all Super Models, why would you be out of bed before 10:00am? Do the lads in Cerise and Blue get a "special" to defend Azurri''s pies at lunch, or what...

Mr Jarse, without wanting to appear 'picky' nor patronising, it's Wagyu, Sir! And if you've been reading up in the popular press, as I'm sure you're aware, the "Oleaic" content of the Wags is, well, think "Olive Oil" (and for the chemically minded, just think - CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)7COOH), but is...

Only per New's Program published for last week's New v View game, @Nectar, New's locks were Christian Poidevin (4) and Louis Gray (5). Goodman was listed as playing hooker in the 2's last weekend; not that you can always trust what those rascal publishers of Programs put out to the punters. :)

Indeed @BW and @AS. What has been 'seen' can not be 'unseen'. And what has been 'thought', well, mmmm, for that sake of the Mods, it really should just be left there. Maybe North Parramatta should be avoided this Saturday arvo?

At this rate, you 2 might need to 'get a room'. ;)

Az was just missing Grammar and Scots teams playing somewhere this weekend so he could've tipped: KINGS KINGS KINGS It's not like Az really needed to tell us again. ;)

No humble pie required @TD, irrespective this week's outcome. My observation, as am sure @IS's was too, was that in Rnd 1, Joeys kicked away too much possession. With the likes of Wilkinson, Reilly, Jaffer-W and Tse out far right, it seemed a shame. And yep, accept, could've all been on...

    NSW AAGPS Rugby 2016

Agree with that assessment @IS of the Round 1 clash, that the Joe Boys' all the way down the back backs kicked much too much away. I didn't see them last week against Shore, but this week, if they do similar against Kings, they'll pay a price. Kings FB, Osborne, has the biggest hoof on him...

^^^^^^^ From all the frothing especially on last year's GPS thread, I just assumed everyone is scared of Rugby Mum 2, and so I've banned my boys fom even visiting Castle Hill until they're much much older! ;)

^^^^^^ Kudos @Cash for sparking the contentions. No pressure on the GPS Selectors!! Nothing new there. :) I'll take issue just with the nomination of the hooker for the GPS 1's and put Charlie Jeavons-Fellows(S) right into that mix. I'm not writing the match report from yesterday's Kings v...

^^^^^^ Jake Styles was named at Flyhalf in the 2's yesterday..., or that's at least what the published Program had.

A "special" 3's match report with the Father of the 3's Comp in mind. To assist "Father Jim" Belshaw's early "triangulations" to spot a winner for the 3's in Season 2016, noting his beloved TAS take on Kings away in next week's Round 2, and host Scots at home in Round 3 the week after. 3's...

^^^^^^ Sidesteppa, you are indeed more worthy than a Mitzy Barrington-Smythe special from the Shore Canteen! Bless you and your mighty lens, mate! ;)

I can vouch for the Chief Engineer of The Kings Express. I witnessed his methodical demolition of 2x Kings Foot-longs while holding forth perfectly sensible conversation through the 4ths match today. Am not sure Az will be able to do the same next week chowing down on a Joeys "Rowers Lot" with RM2.

Last seen at North Parramatta late today. Chief Engineer Azzuri sounded like he was whistling "Choooo-woooo"

Scores from Nth Parra: 16A's: Kings with a conversion after the siren. 14-13. Great scenes afterwards 3's: Kings up in a tight affair, 17-12. 2's: unfinished, w/ 10'(?) to go, Scots up 5 pies to 2, 32-10
