What i think should happen is that Brothers should be promoted to Div 3, with Hills dropping down to Dv 4. They should then also promote Harlequins into div 4. Div four should be made up of Hills Harlequins Merrylands St George Rockdale Rouse Hill Macquarie Uni Hills have good numbers...
