Good to hear about opportunities for Wright. He is a good player. However, there does seem to be a bit of a Love-fest going on here from the Waverley dad's. I actually rate Cutrone ahead of Wright and would back him for NSW selection if he can be fit. He had an unfortunate injury half way...

Watched Knox Vs Cranbrook 1sts. Relatively even game in many respects. However the big differences between the teams were: - Knox scrum very dominant - Stocks and Armstrong in backs made excellent run metres, - Knox defence in backs was impenetrable. - The knox rolling mall very effective -...

OK. The CAS Team selection thing is now getting a little ridiculous, with this list showing Trinity having 4 x players selected - The same number as the team that went undefeated last year. I think Trinity came 4th out of 6 in comp? Plenty of players in this team that did nothing last season to...

If that is true, then I am very sad to hear it. Let's hope for a good recovery for the young fella. It would be good to see him back on the paddock.

Not sure how Knox only get 4-5 players selected in this team after winning 1st, 2nds and 16a's this year? Based in this seasons form alone, the team should have a heavier Knox weighting: My edits to address this selection bias are: 3. Cutrone - Knox, NSW 15's prop unfortunately injured this...

Knox Vs Aloys a really good game played in great rugby conditions. Good crowd with about 4000-5000 there (including the schoolboys). The only addition I would make is how well I thought the Knox halfback played, Butler. He was under all sorts of pressure at the back and still provided good...

I also saw the Knox Vs Cranbrook 16s game. It was always going to be tough game for knox with (I was told) 5 of their best players out. However, they started the game with real fire in their belly putting together phase after phase of attack resulting in two tries in the first half. In the...

I saw the Knox Vs Cranbrook game. I thought best players were: Knox Woodcock 10 - MOM performance with good decisions, searching runs, a lovely solo try cutting through 'brook back line, plus he put on a kicking masterclass converting 8 from 8. Incredible. 22 points for the game. I am...

I agree with Tah Men's report regarding players of the Knox Vs trinity match: Knox - Chapman, Joe Williams Trinity - Longville, Payne, Morris I will add some others that impressed me: Knox: Milan Bason, Lachlan Swinton, Tom Woodcock - A very impressive game for a Yr 10 boy at Fly-half. Error...

Like most of the posts on this topic I think it might be a p1ss take. There was a correct post regarding who was playing 1st XV a few days ago.

Does anyone have the teams for Trinity and Knox?

    CAS Rugby 2015

Mmmm.....by my count that would make it 6 x Barker players, with Knox 5 and 4-5 from Waverley. Hahaha. Slightly disproportionate based on team form. I suggest you focus on picking the best CAS team - rather than helping your mates.

Yes Cornish probably would be there if fit. Yes, forgot about Stead.

Comments such as this really surprise me. Yesterday, I personally witnessed: -Waverley coaching staff (not sure what level) baiting/ sledging schoolboy players on the field, -Waverley assistant staff baiting/ sledging schoolboy players on the field, -Two Waverley players yellow carded for foul...

Yes, Knox seemed to have a nervous start with lots of simple errors. Maybe due to them not playing for 2 weeks. Or possibly just due to attrocious conditions. However, they fought back well and turned the momentum of the game with a nice try before halftime. Man of the Match in my opinion was...

Knox Vs St Pats was a surprising game. St Pats put up quite a good fight and I thought Knox would have been much better. They will need improvement or changes to win the CAS based on that performance. Knox 16A beat St Pats about 80-0 in a strong performance all-round.
