Didn't we learn from the last time one of our locks got injured? Remember Dean Mumm starting in a test match? I'd like to see this stop happening.

    Al Baxter retires

Will Baxter be available to do more G&GR podcasts next season? He's very articulate and intelligent.

    Western Force 2012

Does he have a big enough ego to think he'd be able to change this? Not saying he does, but that idea might get someone playing out of their skin.

Don't 100% agree about Sharpe declining, but the age's is looking good for a smooth transition in the locking department. Sharpe and Horwill are the current, Simmons, Douglas and Timani are good for a bit longer, after that there's Wykes, Pyle, and then those yet to hit the Super level like...

    Reds 2011

On that day, they perpetuated the underdog status of the Reds. These days, in some respects, they're top dogs. Not in defense, though, you're absolutely right RH ;)

    Shute Shield 2011

I think Horwill also has a tinge of the ginge.

    Reds 2011

Well done 2011 Reds. Thoroughly deserve the minor premiership and showed some pure brilliance through the year. They've come a long way from this.

Semi Final Qualifier 2: Crusaders v Sharks: Nelson

Sounds like there's too much arguing at your end... I think this will be a very close game. The Shorks/Saders game at Twickenham was great, I hope both these sides can field sides as close to full strength as possible. It will go off.

    Shute Shield 2011

I think there is a lack of redheads in Australian rugby. They need a good Wallabies representative; the last one was Richard Brown, wasn't it?

    Shute Shield 2011

The flyhalf for West Harbour in yesterday's TV game had some very nice touches. A neat long pass and an unorthodox step that kept him out of heavy contact a few times yesterday. Bolter for the Tahs squad? Kicked well when he got a good strike on the ball.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Can you provide any evidence that they were offside?

That first picture makes it look like a tropical paradise!

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

It would be an absolute cracker.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Wasn't the best try ever, but heck we'll take the bonus point thankyou very much.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Cmon boys, get that bonus point.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

    Alcock! What a supersub.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

My completely honest opinion: the West Harbour vs Gordon game in the Shute Shield was more entertaining than this game.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Hangers is hurt. Could open up the Tahs backline.

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Beale's face said it all just then. Hangers probably didn't execute whatever he was trying to do perfectly, but the move shouldn't have involved boot to ball in the first place.
