With the all the announcements I am starting to feel better about the Reds for 2016. Hopefully we will see a turnaround in attitude from the players which will lead to better performances on the paddock. Just two more changes to be made and the Reds to reach the finals next year.

I suppose the question is why bring Connolly in if RG is not going to listen or implement Connolly's suggestions.

There is no compelling argument for him to stay in the 15 man game. If he has a year off playing 7's he is young enough to try again in the 15's in a couple of years time. What an experience Olympics at Rio would be very tempting.
