    Wallabies 2024

We can probably say that Edmed and Lynagh are both out of contention now. I would imagine that it is a lot easier to rule a player out than it is to rule a player in. Donaldson and Lolesio. Grits teeth. I still have high hopes for HMP. If Gordon learns to kick from the spot he would be in...

    Wallabies 2024

There's still a few games to go. I think he offers a lot more versatility and athleticism. As for potential, he looks to have more than Gleeson in my opinion. I have seen a fair bit of Gleeson in the Shute Shield, and frankly I think he is overrated. Okay, he is very quick. What other...

    Wallabies 2024

It can get a lot hotter in Perth. And they were playing in the sun. Got to be some reason, they were hopeless almost from the start.

    Round 5 : Force v Reds - Perth

Well played, Western Force. And well coached Simon Cron.

The Reds were totally off their game last night. Was it too hot?

I reckon Charlie Cale will be in there instead of Gleeson.

Round 5: Brumbies v Moana Pasifika. Fri 7.35PM AEDT @ GIO Stadium

Nice to see a mention of Gavin. Has to be the unluckiest Wallaby of all time with injuries at the wrong time. Harry Wilson's mentor.

They are waiting for another billionaire to get interested enough.

He also played in the late, lamented, ARC.

The A-League is facing extinction, from what I can glean.

    Waratahs 2024

Scratch me head. I did not like Coleman's appointment much, but it looks to me that the Tahs just don't have the cattle..

I'd prefer to err on the side of inexperience. My audacious pick is HMP. He is tough enough, so far at least. He might be exposed down the track, but there's only one way to find out. If he continues to perform strongly during the Soup season, I would expect him to be in the Wobs squad.

Australian Club Championship - Brothers v Randwick

You would expect a big network to have better coverage, wouldn't you? STAN covers a helluva lot more club games on any given Saturday during the season. They couldn't afford the standards of 7 or ABC.

He played a lot more effectively this week. The Wobs will have a good bunch of backrowers to choose from.

    Leota has really gone well.

Bullying is not the word I would use. He showed poor judgement, for sure. With the benefit of hindsight, we have ended up with a good coach. "Always look on the bright side of life".

Maybe McLennan did it without Board approval. Let us assume that he told Rennie to go and rang Eddie: then he could have presented the Board with a fait accomplit.

All back in the UK, eh?

    Wallabies 2024

This debacle is going to go down in history for the biggest stuff up in Australian rugby's history, if not the world-wide game. Come to think of it, the refusal by the Northern Union not to admit professional players is actually the worst. Imagine, no rugby league.
