I can live with it if we get a better outcome going forward. It was always a tough ask given the delays in getting approval. But I'm glad they tried, and glad they delayed when it became necessary.

It is, both playing and watching. The only problem is wet weather - those trees tend to hold a lot of water then dump it on you when you least expect it :)

There were plenty of others in the kids area, and opposite the hill. Hard to judge the crowd though, because there were long lines for the food and drinks, and people standing 5 or 6 deep at the back of the hill.

Here's a photo of the Hill. What it doesn't show is the kids area off to the right, plus those behind the players area opposite the hill.

I think you need to see those comments in the context of the incessant trolling from a few Rebels supports on Force forums. I say a few, but I suspect it might just be one with several sock puppets.

Appreciate that Rugbynutter. The conditions were the worst I've experienced as a spectator. Both teams should be commended for their efforts, but the Samoan dancers at half time deserve a medal.
