By kicking, you must mean shots at goal. Foley's out of hand kicking is abysmal. His failures to find touch from penalties directly contributed to points against the Wallabies, especially against the poms. Whilst Cooper also misses touch, he at least does it less often and gets more distance...

Yeah, but it evens out again, as Foley doesn't have Coopers passing game, but at least Quade can kick it further. Both players are equally flawed, but with different limitations.
