Unlikely. Smith once back from injury had a great end of season. Solid as a rock in defence and threatening in attack. Savala has been injured all of this season but was a standout performer in his U15 year and is big for his age. He is a talented player and will be in the hunt for a place.

Impressive percentages but they don't seem to be translating too well to premierships. Nine years and counting now between premierships. In that time Scots, Kings, Newington and Riverview have all won. Where are things going awry?.............be interested to get your perspective.

It certainly is turning out to be a great GPS year that will go down to the wire. Congratulations to Newington, Shore and Joeys. All 3 of the mid season favourites beaten. The fat lady has returned to the dressing room and won't be seen now for another fortnight.
