    Wallabies 2020

I know I am a Reds fan - but Liam Wright will go close on that list.

    Wallabies 2020

Interesting. I take it you are not happy with LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) jumping?

    Wallabies 2020

I'm enjoying watching Wright develop as a line out jumper. I'm also not sure that either Wilson or Naisarani are going to make a primary jumper at international level. But let's keep an eye on it. On another note - LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is not required as a 6 option and making a good fist of the row.

    Reds 2020

Thoroughly enjoyed this article by Nick Bishop at the Roar. In essence, losing Rodda and Hockings (and Lucas) has forced changes that hacve created a much more balanced back 5. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) better suited to the row, Wright's work in the line out being used, freeing up Wilson in his attacking and...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

I wouldn't sweat it, FF (Folau Fainga'a). What you say is true it just isn't really what Barbarian was trying to say. In reality the situation that Force became a "safe" franchise to back from an RA perspective was a long time ago. The circumstance around that still boil my bones so I don't doubt it is still...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Though something I predicted as expected many weeks ago. What I did not expect was Aus Rugby cohesion in response. Which is fantastic.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The level of your straw man building is impressive. I made no comment on the above.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Comparatively I think it's a much superior option for NZ in the immediate. Sustainable, quality, sufficient to keep driving the ABs. It's impressive. But I am still quite content running our own domestic if push comes to shove, and make no doubt the Kiwis have pushed.

Hi sendit and welcome. Nail, head here.

    Wallabies 2020

I would not be surprised to see Hooper starting, but across SuperAu I think every single team has remarkable back rows. I see 6, 7, and 8 as highly contested. Hooper is not at all guaranteed in my mind. It is great to have this level of competition across all positions. Let's hope it leads to...

    Wallabies 2020

And I suspect with Hodge, you have hit the nail on the head.

    Wallabies 2020

Has always been the case. His best position is the bench especially in an 6/2 bench.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Constantly repeating the same thing doesn't make it any more correct the first time. Increasing teams is not in itself the goal - more local content is what is required. What failed was the idiot conference system and the inherent weaknesses of the Super system.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

The problem with trying to continue a friendly barter is that we are time barred - which NZRU are well aware. Another pressure. Let's talk when you are willing to get past posture to real conversation. 2021 for Aus to be domestic.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Not unless you have buy in. Otherwise it’s just something that someone else plays.

    2020 Super Rugby Round 3 - Waratahs v Brumbies @ ANZ Stadium - Saturday 18 July

AGAIN, I'll rewatch the game, but NO that is not my recollection. Some unexpected decissions, but Tah line out was way superior.

    2020 Super Rugby Round 3 - Waratahs v Brumbies @ ANZ Stadium - Saturday 18 July

I'll have to rerun the game for a dumb Simmons penalty. I'll take it at face value, though. AND still I maintain Simmo had a MOTM performance. His ruck work was what you expect from a dominant lock. The line out was utterly determined by Simmons. And the Tah scrum, on the whole was dominant...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Don't know, don't care, not in my part of the world. Can talk about Reds and Brumbies if you want. Kiwi rugby right now can get stuffed. Completely. Not slightly interested (until the Bled).

    2020 Super Rugby Round 3 - Waratahs v Brumbies @ ANZ Stadium - Saturday 18 July

I know Simmo is not a favourite, but for me he was close to MOTM tonight.

    2020 Super Rugby Round 3 - Waratahs v Brumbies @ ANZ Stadium - Saturday 18 July

Can't help feeling that the Tahs let this one go. Brumbies did what they had to do, it was enough.
