I'm not sure how a Brumbies/Waratahs competition is sustainable though.........

It can't work in Australian rugby........ It only works in sports like AFL, NFL, NBA etc. where those competitions are be all and end all.

    Rebels 2018

The Brumbies might regret signing Lucas (although he's a reasonable bench/squad option) with the Force players on offer.......... But they're also developing an excellent local young scrumhalf in Lonergan. It's a shame there isn't another team for all these players.........

Theoretically it is an even playing field........ Team A develops Wallabies....... those players get rewarded. Unfortunately there is other criteria that favours the traditional teams.

You do realise that analogy doesn't work.........

Coleman and DHP both received bumps this year.......... And the Rebels will benefit from those guys coming over, plus Hodge...... and Naivalu and Korobeite will probably receive top ups in the not too distant future (or is Korobeite already getting extra for the PR?). I'm not sure if I can buy...

Yeah, but the Force received plenty more this year, and the Rebels's top ups will skyrocket in 2018............

These are 2016 figures.......... So someone correct me here but the distribution of top ups would've been something like this......... Tahs $2.6m - TPN, Kepu, Skelton, Mumm, Hooper, Phipps, Foley, Beale, Horne, Folau Brumbies $1.3m - Sio, Moore, Fardy, Pocock, To'omua, Kuridrani, Speight...

Springbokke vs Wallabies @ Osfontein 30/9/2017

So yeah, I thought Foley had a good game........... Our backs really aren't the problem - there could be improvements (kicking in general play), but I think we have a pretty good pool of players there, some of whom putting in some really good performances of late. We still have issues at 4 and...

I'm not sure if BJ has already posted this......... I don't know how they missed that one, especially with the AR right there - it was pretty obvious in real time that it went forward.

Springbokke vs Wallabies @ Osfontein 30/9/2017

I thought Rodda was fairly absent, and Simmons was his old self when he came on in the second half - gave away a dumb penalty in his first action in the game...... Dempsey and Hanigan still lack the impact required. Otherwise in the forwards Sio, Coleman, Hooper and McMahon all had very strong...
