Will Cooper play for the Reds in 2013?

He must get frustrated when he gets pissed!

Will Cooper play for the Reds in 2013?

Not that well. Go through the list of his off field problems over the last 3 years when Link has coached(pandered to) him.

    Wallabies v. Wales - 1 Dec

I would also be watering the pitch daily, even if the locals start building an ark. Everyone knows how well they play in the wet.

Will Cooper play for the Reds in 2013?

Jets, if that was the case why would they not announce that they were hoping to re sign/reb commence negotiations after the "fight"? That would have made more sense than to bag the crap out of the ARU, and state that communications had totally broken down. (hint for next time...

ARU contracting process - how could it be improved?

Scotty, that's just a list of where your opinion differs from the decision makers, ithey are not issues regarding processes. Latham was 33 odd? and signed the "Superannuation contract" in UK. He had some major injury issues in his last year in Oz as I recall George Smith same as Latham, you...

    Wallabies v. Wales - 1 Dec

I think the issue for a lot of the peevies(or is it peevors) is that they believe the National coach keeps mixing them up. (I'll admit I have no idea, I always thought the front row were only ever used to get the kegs up the stairs)

ARU contracting process - how could it be improved?

Sanchez has signed I believe.Do you really believe Pocock is going anywhere else? I don't think you can name even one player that has refused to sign on as a result of this system(apart from the obvious).

ARU contracting process - how could it be improved?

I raised him, as he is the only problem that this system has not been able to resolve, I know that Genia complained about ARU tardiness in completing the process but I believe that had more to do with JON too busy etc rather than the process.

ARU contracting process - how could it be improved?

Really, which debacles am I forgetting? The ACB has been the only game in town since Packer. The IPL is only 4 years old, but they have agreed to co exist rather than compete for talent. So not really a good comparison.

ARU contracting process - how could it be improved?

No, I don't believe they have ever had to conduct negotiations with QC (Quade Cooper). Let's put this in perspective.Australian Rugby has been professional for 15 or more years. How many players have been contracted over this time? hundreds? This is uncharted territory. There is no need to re design anything...

Sorry Bruce, but obviously a poor attempt at sarcasm on my behalf.

    Western Force 2013

So would have we at the end! Despite repeatedly losing in the same fashion all year.He chose to find excuses rather than address the issue and rock the boat. I hope I'm wrong, but with so many assistants and his apparent consensus style. It looks like the joint is going to be run by a...

My post also stated that we were beaten at the set pieces, using your same logic you should have attributed me as blaming Phipps for scrum problems. If you don't think that Phipps gave poorer service to KB (Kurtley Beale), or that he didn't organise the piggies at the breakdown as well as Sheehan, then I give up.

Should Pocock have to earn back his starting spot?

Sorry, this is not kindy. He's had plenty of game time coming off the bench. He has gone well, but nowhere near well enough to leap frog anyone. The two guys in front of him, are invariably in the top 3 performers each time they go out.

Wallabies vs Italy - 25th Nov

Yeah what a shit game plan. What coach of any standing would have a game plan, where the forwards get dominated at contact/in the breakdown and are not superior at the set piece. How the fuck he would allow the best 2 half backs to be unavailable due to injury, and to then let the starting 9 to...

Quade telling it how it is

It's been 12 very tough years, by the look of things. Edit: Maybe SBW should take on Hopoate next. My recollection is that Hoppa was disqualified last time out for refusing to punch. That should be safe enough, with those gloves Hoppa can't do what he does best either.

Quade telling it how it is

You think the players are overworked, and your solution is to allow them a part time job in their holiday? Or is the suggestion the ARU should reduce the workload(and their revenues) to allow these well paid players more time to pursue other money making ventures?

Quade telling it how it is

He can't do anything no problems at all. Why would QC (Quade Cooper) be happy to earn zero from the ARU? He could have done that today, but has refused point blank to do anything with the ARU to date.

Quade telling it how it is

FFS this is the problem. Special deals/allowances for Quade. It's a team game everyone gets the same treatment otherwise.. If Quade can box, then let Hooper off all summer so he can compete at Surf Lifesaving. Let Genia off for January so he can compete at the World Sudoko champs. I reckon...

Sounds great, but these things aren't done in a vacuum. They put a lot of shit on the ARU today. I would be surprised to see ARU back at the table so quickly.
